Recruiter

LaSalle Network is partnering with a hypergrowth AI and technology organization to identify a Recruiter to support hiring efforts in San Francisco, CA and New York City, NY. Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions, with a primary focus on Operations hiring

• Partner directly with hiring managers, General Managers, and executive leadership to develop and execute recruiting strategies

• Source, engage, and close top talent in a competitive market

• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Drive hiring process improvements and help build scalable recruiting operations

• Track recruiting metrics and use data to optimize hiring outcomes

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining hiring velocity

• Lead interview coordination, feedback collection, offer management, and closing efforts

• Act as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders across the organization

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

• Startup experience highly preferred

• Experience recruiting for technology-focused organizations required

• Ability to manage high hiring volume while maintaining a high bar for talent

• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and hiring managers

• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate-closing skills

• Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging recruiting metrics and analytics

• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Key Details

Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $120,000 – $180,000 annually based on experience
Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY
Work Model: Fully Onsite
