Title: Technical Product Manager with CPQ

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months

Job Overview: As a Technical Product Manager, you will be part of the team implementing the new ServiceNow SOM system. You will be responsible for defining and managing the product roadmap, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, with a focus on AI enablement to ensure successful product development and launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership: Maintain end-to-end ownership of the product, monitor its health, and provide insights. Address product issues with urgency and coordinate team efforts.
• Requirement Gathering & Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design user-centric solutions incorporating AI, define user stories, and iterate based on feedback.
• CPQ: Manage the CPQ product roadmap, collaborate with sales, operations, engineering, and finance, translate requirements into specifications, oversee implementation, ensure integration with enterprise systems, and monitor KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of software product management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Strong technical background in sales core systems and understanding of bordering systems
• Experience with ServiceNow platform and SOM implementation, especially in Sales Automation or CPQ
• Experience with CPQ and CRM third-party implementations
• Strong ownership, urgency, and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of sales cycles and processes
• Experience in designing technical solutions addressing business problems
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively with international teams and adapt to fast-paced environments
