Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Administrator at Robern Menz USA Inc. You will be part of a team of passionate food and candy lovers! As part of this amazing Team in America, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations across various facets of the sales process. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Duties and activities, including, but not limited to, managing and tracking sales orders and inventory, communicating with warehouse staff, routing of freight to customers, promotional contract maintenance, as well as providing excellent customer service and support.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, including Web Based Portal interaction
- Experience working with food distributors or grocery retail preferred
- Experience in the confectionery industry is a plus
