Service Advisor/Office Support

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Service Advisor to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within our automotive service environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for cars, the automotive industry and have experience in customer-facing roles. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding automotive services.
- Service writing by documenting customer concerns and vehicle issues;
- Transcribe and understand technician reports and communicate vehicle's needs to customer, with concern and care for cars and customers at top of mind.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and follow-ups.
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, providing information about services offered.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- A genuine interest in the automotive industry a must for this role.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
