Senior Mechanical Project Manager
Senior Mechanical HVAC Project Manager position in San Diego, CA
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedule, budget, change-orders
- Review and ensure accuracy for estimates for upcoming projects
- Meet with suppliers and sub-contractors
- Attend BIM Coordination meetings with GC’s and Owners
Requirements:
- 10+ years of HVAC Project Management experience on large commercial projects 10 million or more
- Extensive Mechanical (HVAC/Mechanical) knowledge
- Large project experience
- Familiar with CA HVAC Building Codes
- Stable work-history
- Local in CA or can easily relocate
- Strong references
