Scenic Vans, a leading custom van manufacturer and rental company, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Services Associate I. In this role, you will play a vital part in our Guest Services Team, managing various aspects of the rental operations for our custom campervan fleet.

Responsibilities:

Rental Operations:

• Perform housekeeping duties between rentals, ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of each custom campervan.
• Conduct due diligence measures to check the functionality of RV appliances and perform minor repairs if needed.
• Engage in janitorial duties within the shop to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Customer-Facing Obligations:

• Provide tours of rental vans to customers, showcasing the unique features and functionality.
• Educate customers on how to use rental vans, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
• Assist and triage customers interested in purchasing custom vans, providing necessary information.
• Attend and set up for marketing events to promote Scenic Vans' products and services.

Additional Duties:

• Perform occasional van repairs, such as paint touch-ups, contributing to the overall maintenance of the fleet.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and address inquiries effectively.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong Organization Skills and Able to Multitask
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, with occasional weekend and evening hours during marketing events.
• Current location in Rocklin, CA, with plans to relocate to Rancho Cordova within two months.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
