Job Title: Residential Property Supervisor
Location: Studio City, CA 91604
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Salary: $66,560 – $85,000/year + monthly performance bonuses (Metrics)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 remote)

What You Will Do

As a Residential Property Supervisor, you will oversee a mixed portfolio within the range of 200 - 500+ residential units across Los Angeles, single-family homes, small multi-family buildings, and income properties.

You will:

  • Oversee 200+ properties across Los Angeles
  • Communicate directly with 30–50 clients/property owners
  • Supervise 10–15 resident managers / on-site staff
  • Conduct routine inspections and ensure timely maintenance
  • Use AppFolio for rent collection, reports, compliance, renewals, delinquencies
  • Use AppFolio for work orders and vendor coordination
  • Manage move-ins, move-outs, notices, and rental operations
  • Resolve tenant concerns quickly and professionally
  • Partner with accounting, maintenance, and leadership for smooth operations

 

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 2+ years of current or recent property management experience with direct oversight of a portfolio ranging from 200-300+ residential units
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing and California landlord-tenant laws (Not required, but a plus!)
  • Experience supervising onsite/resident managers
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in property management software required. Experience with AppFolio is a plus.
  • Valid CA driver’s license, reliable vehicle, insurance
  • Spanish fluency required!
