The Role

You will be in charge of designing and building products at Accord. We have a modern codebase that you’ll be able to make your own and want to tell your friends about. We’re seeking an experienced full-stack engineer to join our core team.

You Will

• Help guide our overall strategy through design, prototyping, and launching.

• Collaborate directly with product, design, and engineering.

• Balance speed and quality, with always an eye for learning quickly.

• Maintain a culture of code quality through rigorous testing, automation, and code reviews.

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience as a problem solver.

• Product focused engineer.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Flexible and focussed on solutions.

• Organized and self-sufficient.
