Product Manager - Remote - WFH -
- Lead Squad Execution: Take the lead in coordinating cross-functional teams, including design, development, QA, and business stakeholders, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Foster a collaborative and continuous improvement culture. - Technical Expertise: Partner with development teams to ensure products are scalable, technically feasible, and align with the broader technology roadmap. Stay informed about industry trends to enhance product decision-making. - Prioritize and Manage Backlog: Build, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on high-impact features that align with both customer needs and business objectives. Regularly review and adjust based on feedback and changing priorities. - Customer-Centric Approach: Dive deep into understanding our users' pain points and motivations through research and data. Ensure solutions are tailored to meet customer needs and enhance their experience. - Streamline Processes: Create and maintain technical workflows and user flow diagrams that support the product development process. Identify opportunities to optimize efficiency and quality across all phases of product development. - Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and analytics to guide product decisions, measure success, and identify areas for continuous improvement. Work with analytics teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business goals. - Agile Methodology: Apply Agile principles to ensure the iterative and incremental delivery of product features, continuously refining processes and encouraging feedback loops for ongoing improvement. --- What You'll Need: - 2-5+ years of experience in digital product management or product ownership, particularly in web, fintech, or media/advertising sectors.
- A strong data-driven mindset, with a proven ability to use analytics to guide decision-making and measure success.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
