We are seeking a General Maintenance Worker to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to repair, maintain and remodel Military Family Housing units.
Responsibilities:
- Repair minor defects in houses, homes, apartments and buildings
- Complete all routine maintenance requirements in vacant units between residents
- Accomplish all aspects of kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Perform all other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3 years previous experience in maintenance or other related service fields
- Experience related to carpentry, electrical, plumbing and finishes
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Own personal hand tools - bench and specialty tools provided by the company
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Must have current Drivers license without federal limits
- Must have current auto insurance and registration.
