Our client was founded in 2007 and provides free credit monitoring services and financial assistance to consumers. The organization is headquartered in San Francisco, California.

 

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

 

Rate: $80.00 to $85.00/hr. w2

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee cross-functional creative production from intake through final delivery across all video initiatives.
  • Support and guide producers on project setup, production strategy, bidding, estimate reviews, vendor negotiations, contracts, and day-to-day execution.
  • Manage production activities including talent contracts, licensing, usage tracking, business affairs, and delivery workflows.
  • Develop and refine scalable workflows that streamline planning, approvals, execution, and delivery.
  • Create systems and tools that improve visibility into timelines, resourcing, dependencies, and project status.
  • Own and manage relationships with external vendors, production partners, and agencies, serving as the central point of contact between internal stakeholders and external teams.
  • Manage and track production budgets, vendor contracts, and actuals while optimizing for cost-efficiency without impacting creative quality.
  • Identify and resolve process bottlenecks across development, production, and creative execution.
  • Ensure coordinated communication between creative, marketing, legal, procurement, finance, and external partners.
  • Own and maintain operations documentation, calendars, trackers, and reporting tools.
  • Provide consistent updates to leadership on planning, risks, resourcing, timelines, and operational health.
  • Bring structure and operational clarity to a fast-moving environment while championing high creative standards.
  • Partner with external vendors, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to enable end-to-end creative production aligned to brand vision.
Experience Requirements:

  • 8+ years in creative production, production operations, or project/program management roles; agency experience is a plus.
  • Strong background in video production across live action and animation from pre-production through post.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines across multiple project types.
  • Expertise in vendor contracts, talent agreements, negotiations, licensing, and usage tracking.
  • Proficiency with project management and production tools, including building templates, trackers, and workflows.
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically, moving between program planning and execution details.
  • Excellent communication skills with a calm problem-solving approach under pressure.
  • Experience collaborating across creative, marketing, legal, procurement, finance, and leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
