Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication platforms.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client engagement.
- Stay informed on company products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support company goals.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
