Senior RF Integration and Test Engineer

We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RF Integration and Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead the integration and validation of advanced wireless RF systems supporting a LEO satellite constellation communication network. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovative products from concept through to full-scale production.
\n What you will be doing:- Develop complete RF specifications governing silicon and module-level designs, working with partner teams in - Architecture, Product Systems, Algorithm Systems, firmware and RFIC Design.
- Produce RF line-up specifications in close collaboration with the RFIC design team to guide the development of test and validation of the designs.
- Understand system requirements and architecture in depth and formulate detailed test plans to validate the requirements.
- Design lab setups for various types of tests, including radiated chamber tests. Build racks and other test-rigs as necessary for executing the test plan.
- Work with external vendors for procuring components and equipment necessary to build test systems.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams – hardware, software, mechanical, systems, etc. in different time-zones to ensure that system requirements will be met during operation.
- Define test plans and test strategies for lab, field and on-orbit testing.
- Automate the test execution including control and configuration of test equipment.
- Document test results, test coverage and other KPIs and communicate to all stakeholders regularly.
- Deep-dive into test results and root-cause issues and communicate to the appropriate teams.
- MSEE or Bachelor’s degree in EE/CS/CE or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in RF test and validation in the industry with a history of launching successful products.
- Deep understanding of wireless communications principles, especially in the context of satellite systems.
$100,000 - $175,000 a year
This is a full time, exempt position, based out of our Saratoga office. The target base pay for this position is $100,000 - $175,000 annually. The total compensation packaged will be determined by various factors such as your relevant job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
