Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Grinder to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating grinding equipment to smooth, shape, and finish parts according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate hand-held and/or stationary grinding equipment
- Remove excess material, burrs, and sharp edges from parts
- Read and follow work orders, instructions, or blueprints
- Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet production goals and deadlines
