We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Boarding Assistant to join our dedicated team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new—and a chance to cuddle something fluffy—you’ll love this role!

About the Boarding Department

Our Boarding Department provides Doggy Daycare, Puppy Socials, and Overnight Care . We are passionate about creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for every guest. This department operates 365 days a year , so availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Experience in animal care and behaviour
• Strong customer service skills
• Confidence using technology, computer systems, and phones
• A positive attitude and team spirit

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional care to pets and outstanding service to their families
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests
• Engage pets in physical and mental enrichment activities
• Support the smooth operation of the Boarding Department with teamwork and initiative
