Position Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic, service-driven Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and passionate about hospitality, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to members and guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver promptly.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Uphold club standards for service, appearance, and professionalism.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry trays up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous serving experience preferred (hospitality or private club experience a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred for alcohol service).
• Excellent oral communication skills required.
• Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English. Spanish speaking a plus.

Pay:

• Restaurant Servers are paid at $16.90/hour plus gratuities.
