Senior Growth Product Manager

At Bellota Labs , we’re a fast-moving, hypergrowth startup building ClubWPT Gold —a next-gen product from the World Poker Tour . We’re passionate about poker, innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences that scale. As we grow, we’re looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization through data-informed experimentation and rapid iteration.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for a growth-minded product leader who thrives on turning insights into results. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, design, and analytics to test, learn, and optimize every step of the user journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize key growth metrics across the funnel—acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Design and execute A/B tests, growth experiments, and product initiatives to drive measurable improvements.
• Partner with marketing and engineering to launch features, campaigns, and tools that scale growth.
• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign performance to uncover new opportunities.
• Develop hypotheses backed by data and quickly test ideas to validate impact.
• Influence the product roadmap with insights from user data, experiments, and competitive research.
• Own critical surfaces like sign-up flow, referral programs, pricing tests, and onboarding improvements.
• Build out a growth experimentation engine and infrastructure in partnership with analytics and data science.

What We Are Looking For

• 4–10 years of experience in growth product management, ideally at a B2C or gaming company.
• A proven track record of designing and launching successful experiments with measurable results.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience working with analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, SQL).
• Comfort working closely with marketing, engineering, and design teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of growth loops, funnels, and user psychology.
• Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and a bias for action.
• Passion for gaming or poker, or a strong interest in learning about the industry.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on monetization, subscriptions, or freemium products.
• Familiarity with paid acquisition strategies and attribution modeling.
• Experience with user segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and cohort analysis.
• Knowledge of tools like Segment, Braze, or other growth platforms.
