Job Description and Duties

ANALYST II – ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIVISION / HUMAN RESOURCES / TALENT ACQUISITION/ RECRUITMENT BRANCH

The reporting location for this position is 715 P Street in Sacramento, Ca.

Under the direction of the Supervisor I, the Recruitment Analyst will work in a team environment to attract a large, diverse, and superior candidate pool to meet the department’s needs.

Work includes travel, presenting and performing analytical, administrative, and technical assignments, or special projects meant to attract a qualified and diverse candidate pool, foster inclusivity, and promote the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) as an employer of choice.This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to help jobseekers find their passion with careers at California State Parks.

This is a hybrid position requiring in-person and telework attendance. This position requires working independently as well as cooperatively with others in a team environment, displaying good written and verbal communication skills, strong social media and interpersonal skills, superior customer service focus, and cultural sensitivity. This position requires significant travel including some evenings or weekends.

Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license is required. You must answer the questions addressing your driver’s license on your application. Ensure you provide your driver’s license number, class, expiration date, and any endorsements and/or restrictions on your application.

Training and Development Assignments may be considered.

This position is designated a s telework eligible-remote centered.

Special Requirements
