Position Overview:

As a Seasonal Gift Card Representative, you will be crucial in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. You will be guests' first and last impression, making customized recommendations regarding our services and exciting holiday gift card offers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer and demonstrate expert knowledge of gift card specials, spa services, membership programs and retail items to help your guests enhance their wellness journeys.
• Manage point-of-sale by handling credit card and cash transactions.
• Check-in and check-out each guest by confirming their reservation, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
• Facilitate gift card sales and assist with service bookings.
• Sell spa products and memberships, leveraging your sales and skills.
• Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area at all times.
• Maintain guest experience standards throughout the entire holiday season.

Position Requirements:

• Front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior computer skills and sales experience are a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk for 95% of shift and lift to support cleaning and organizing retail and front desk and lounge areas.
