AI Strategist (San Francisco)
AI Strategist
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented AI Strategist to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will shape the future of AI solution delivery for our valued customers. Collaborating closely with customers, you will identify their unique challenges and opportunities, subsequently designing, implementing, and delivering tailored AI solutions that surpass expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of the bespoke AI implementation lifecycle, from initial needs assessment to successful launch and ongoing support.
- Orchestrate complex customer stakeholder management, updates, approvals, and process mapping.
- Partner with customers to identify areas for business process optimization and transformation through AI integration.
- Apply your AI knowledge to scope custom AI solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Create comprehensive project requirement documents and ensure timely, on-budget delivery of all project deliverables.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct customer research to inform product development.
- Partner with Product Engineering to communicate customer feedback.
- Educate executive customers on the capabilities and limitations of AI.

Qualifications:
- ~5–7 years of experience leading complex technical projects, preferably in AI or related technology.
- Knowledge of AI agent capabilities and business applications.
- Understanding of possibilities and limitations of LLMs and AI agents.
- Strong business acumen with an interest in process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional project outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate customer feedback into product insights.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with bespoke AI solutions or custom tech implementation.
- Experience educating executive-level customers on technology.
- Ability to manage complex customer relationships across varying technical levels.

Qurrent offers excellent benefits, competitive compensation packages and generous equity plans. The base salary pay range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000.
