A well-established outpatient clinic in Encino California is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join its team. This is a full-time direct-hire position with flexible weekday hours and no weekend work. The clinic is known for its high-quality hands-on care and commitment to patient wellness offering a supportive environment for both experienced clinicians and new graduates.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function relieve pain and improve mobility.

• Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques and exercises to promote recovery and wellness.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

• Uphold clinical quality service excellence and compliance with professional standards.

• Contribute to program development and identify opportunities for growth within the practice.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy).

• Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of California.

• Current CPR certification preferred.

• Strong clinical reasoning communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration within a team.

• New graduates are welcome to apply; mentorship and professional support provided.

Compensation and Benefits:
