Salary: $160,000 to $250,000 annually (DOE)
Status: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Some extended hours as needed
Travel: Required based on business needs to regional offices and job sites

Overview:
Great Basin Staffing LLC is seeking a highly experienced Industrial Project Executive to lead business development and project execution within the process piping sector. This executive-level role is responsible for driving revenue growth, mentoring project teams, and expanding client relationships through strategic planning and leadership. The ideal candidate brings a consultative sales approach, deep mechanical construction knowledge, and a proven track record of managing both projects and people at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of business development, estimating, engineering, and project sales

• Create and maintain a pipeline of process piping clients through direct outreach and networking

• Lead preconstruction strategy, contract development, and client negotiations

• Assign and optimize workloads for Project Managers and Project Engineers

• Provide executive oversight on major project milestones, resource planning, and profitability

• Guide project teams through planning, execution, and closeout

• Support hiring, coaching, and development of project staff

• Identify market trends, evaluate new opportunities, and align team efforts with strategic goals

• Maintain strong industry relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales Management, or a related field

• 10+ years of progressive experience in process piping, mechanical, or HVAC project management

• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage complex mechanical construction scopes

• Extensive knowledge of estimating, risk management, and contract development

• Strong leadership, client-facing, and presentation skills

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project/accounting software platforms

• Ability to travel as needed to support project and client needs
