Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of Home Health experience for a 13-week travel contract in California.

Details

• Home Health setting with a caseload of 4-5 patients per day (5 weighted visits per day)
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements

• Current California PT license required
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Home Health PT required
• Valid California driver's license and current auto insurance required
• BLS certification preferred
• 2 supervisor references obtained within the past year required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
• Former employees must have been away from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Only 1 holiday RTO request will be approved per contract
