SUMMARY OF POSITION:

With minimal supervision, assist in accumulating data from a variety of sources (Internet, data files, SAP, and others) where appropriate. Maintains related files; works on special assignments; and performs related duties as necessary where assigned.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES (End Results Expected):

1. Collects data from shippers import websites and inserts into designated files.

2. Enters data from 7501 and Commercial Invoice into an Excel file.

3. Maintains data integrity with its corresponding line/fields.

4. Look to achieve target goals established by supervisor.

5. Performs other related duties.

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or equivalent education, training and/or experience.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE :

Familiar with internet and basic computer data entry skills.

OTHER SKILLS:

Excel, Outlook, and knowledge of SAP preferred. Basic Keyboarding skills. Good mathematical skills.

COMMUNICATIONS :

Must have good written and oral communication skills.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

Ability to work with all levels within an organization. Maintain respect and integrity in own work ethics.

EQUIPMENT OPERATED:

PC, calculator.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Typical office environment or work from home with internet access.

COMPENSATION:

$18 Hourly
