Responsibilities- Proactively generated and qualified leads through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach, consistently expanding client base
- Consulted with clients to assess individual and business insurance needs, delivering customized coverage solutions
- Successfully sold and cross-sold auto, home, life, and commercial insurance products to meet and exceed sales targets
- Built long-term relationships with clients, increasing retention and policy renewals through trust and consistent follow-up
- Provided ongoing policy support, including updates, billing assistance, and claims guidance
- Maintained accurate records and ensured full compliance with state regulations and company standards
- Licenses required, assistance available.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
