We are conducting a confidential search for a Senior Director-level leader responsible for overseeing Quality, Patient Safety, Risk, and Infection Prevention in an acute care hospital setting. Key Responsibilities

- Lead hospital-wide quality improvement, patient safety, risk management, accreditation, regulatory, and infection prevention programs.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and compliance.
- Partner with executives, physicians, and clinical leaders to embed a culture of safety.
- Ensure readiness for regulatory surveys and accreditation processes.
- Develop and mentor teams in patient safety, risk management, and infection prevention.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.

- 5+ years of progressive management experience across quality, patient safety, risk, regulatory, and infection prevention.

- 3+ years of acute clinical care experience required (Level II trauma experience preferred).

- CPHQ strongly preferred; CPPS preferred.

- Demonstrated success leading initiatives that measurably improved quality, safety, and compliance in a hospital setting.
