What Will You Do?

• Design and build scalable full-stack features across our application platform

• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex compliance workflows into intuitive user experiences

• Own your code from design to deployment your impact will be visible from Day 1

• Contribute to system architecture and help lay the groundwork for long-term scalability

• Participate in code reviews, improve our CI/CD pipelines, and ensure product quality through automated testing

• Bring clarity to chaos help us iterate fast without breaking things

What Will You Need?

Must-Haves:

• 36 years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering

• Proficiency with open-source technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Go, etc.)

• Experience building scalable web applications, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Strong communication skills able to collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams

• Excitement about tackling the messy, real-world problems of compliance and risk

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous experience in security, privacy, risk, GRC, or other regulated enterprise domains

• Familiarity with tools like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other compliance frameworks

• Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, or designing internal developer platforms

• Contributions to open-source projects or a visible engineering portfolio
