About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to lead the charge in creating, executing, and refining data-driven strategies to attract, engage, and convert our target audiences. You'll take ownership of SEO, paid advertising, marketing analytics, and full-funnel marketing forecasting. From email marketing campaigns to budget management, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and building a scalable marketing engine.

This is a remote position, but you must be available to work 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pacific or Central Time.

This is a hands-on role requiring direct execution. If your recent experience is primarily managing others or you haven't done similar work in the last two years, this may not be the right fit.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy: Develop and execute plans to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and generate high-quality leads.
Paid Advertising: Manage Google Ads campaigns, optimizing for ROI through strategic targeting, ad copy, and landing page performance.
Google Tag Manager: Implement, maintain, and optimize Google Tag Manager for precise tracking and analytics.
Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
Marketing Forecasting: Create models to forecast lead generation and conversion metrics across the marketing funnel.
HubSpot Administration: Manage workflows, lead scoring, automation, email campaigns, and database hygiene within HubSpot.
Email Campaigns: Design and optimize email templates, nurture sequences, and segmented campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
A/B Testing: Continuously experiment with channels and strategies to improve marketing effectiveness.
Budget Management: Oversee the demand generation budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.
Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and the legal/SaaS industries.
Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
7+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing. A portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
Proven success in multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
Expertise in HubSpot and data-driven analytics.
Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
Creative thinker with innovative ideas to engage target audiences.
Self-starter with a performance-driven mindset, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach.
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the legal or SaaS industries, with agency experience as a bonus.
Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models.
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot are a plus.
