We are looking for a Senior Software QA Automation Engineer with a passion for automation and development to ultimately ensure a surprise and delight our users. We are a group of hard-working engineers that don multiples hats: coder, hacker, debugger, and most importantly, customer advocate. Key Qualifications

• Ability to lead quality for cross functional efforts
• Extensive experience in designing and building automated test frameworks for web
• Extensive experience in designing and building automated test frameworks for devices
• Proficiency in Python, Swift, Java
• Knowledge of WebDriver protocol, Selenium or Appium
• Creative thinker and strong problem solver
• Strong technical experience on multiple platforms (OS X, iOS, Windows, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in Software QA/black box testing
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration
• Diagnostic skills with large, interconnected backend services a plus

Description

In this position, you have the opportunity to collaborate with multi-functional engineering teams that design and build core backend systems that power next generation iCloud products. You accept a high level of accountability to ensure that the Apple Cloud Product's experience on OS X and iOS is second to none. Responsibilities: Work closely with a development team for testing new features Responsible for building new features for web automation framework Responsible for building new features for device automation framework Design and build Reporting infrastructure implementation. Providing support to QA teams utilizing the automation framework.

Education & Experience

BS EE/CE/CS or equivalent

• At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $282,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
