Maintenance/Groundskeeper (Full Time, Seasonal)
Work Outdoors in the Redwoods This Season!
Ramblin' Redwoods Campground & RV Park is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Maintenance & Groundskeeper for the upcoming season.
If you enjoy physical work, take pride in keeping properties clean and well-maintained, and appreciate working in a beautiful outdoor setting, this could be a great fit for you!
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain campground grounds, campsites, and common areas
- Mow, weed-eat, rake, trim, and general landscaping
- Clean and maintain restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Trash removal and site clean-up
- Assist with campsite preparation and turnover
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests
- Support team with general property upkeep as needed
- Support with seasonal property improvement projects

Requirements
- Must pass background check
- Must have valid driver license
- Previous maintenance, landscaping, or facilities experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical outdoor work
- Ability to bend, lift and squat
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required
