Position Overview
THIS IS NOT REMOTE, YOU HAVE TO COME INTO THE OFFICE 3 DAYS A WEEK!
We’re looking for a Web Developer & Digital Marketing Manager who can bridge the gap between healthcare-grade digital design and performance-driven marketing. This individual will own the development and optimization of our client's websites and campaign landing pages, while supporting lead generation and paid media strategies that connect patients, providers, and clinics with our innovative health solutions.In this role, you’ll not only build high-performing web experiences—you’ll also help manage external resources, implement lead-gen infrastructure, and optimize campaign performance, all within the unique regulatory considerations of healthcare marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Web Development (Webflow, Wordpress,Hubspot, etc as well as ecommerce):
- Build, optimize, and maintain HIPAA-compliant landing pages and microsites.
- Collaborate with designers, clinicians, and copywriters to implement responsive, accessible, and brand-aligned digital experiences.
- Ensure digital assets follow compliance and data privacy best practices (e.g., cookie consent, tracking opt-ins).
Lead Generation & Marketing Ops:
- Implement lead capture forms, A/B testing, and funnel tracking for patient acquisition or provider outreach.
- Integrate Websites with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
- Monitor performance metrics (CPL, conversion rate, bounce rate) and deliver actionable insights.
Paid Media Support:
- Collaborate with media team or agency to deploy and optimize Google, Meta, Tradedesk, etc and healthcare-specific ad campaigns.
- Support pixel setup, UTM tagging, tracking setup, and lead attribution.
- Partner with compliance/legal to ensure ads meet platform and regulatory guidelines (e.g., Meta’s medical ad policies).
Vendor & Resource Management:
- Manage overflow freelance developers, designers, to meet campaign deadlines.
- Vet and onboard new tools, partners, or platforms as needed to support campaign objectives.
- Maintain a smooth feedback loop between internal marketing stakeholders and external creative/technical teams.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2–4 years of hands-on Web development experience (portfolio required).
- Solid understanding of responsive web design, mobile first, HTML/CSS/JS basics.
- Experience managing third-party vendors or agencies.
- Understanding of lead-gen workflows, digital funnels, and healthcare-specific user journeys.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare advertising guidelines, and digital consent practices.
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare, wellness, or medtech environment.
- Exposure to performance media strategy (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic) and campaign reporting.
- Proficiency in Webflow CMS, GA4, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
- Understanding of patient conversion flows, provider referral marketing, or direct-to-clinic campaigns.
