Some things you will be responsible for:

• Record and Post payments


• Reconcile Accounts


• Maintain Aged Receivables


• Support Collection Efforts


• Assist in preparing detailed Accounts Receivable reports for management


• Ensure compliance of company policies


• Support Sales Operations team to ensure all adjustments are accurately recorded


• Report directly to Senior Accountant/Credit manager

 

Some qualifications and skills we need you to have:

• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience


• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance


• Well-rounded technical US GAAP accounting skills


• Proficient knowledge in Excel required


• ERP Experience

 

Compensation:

This role is based out of our Downtown Los Angeles HQ and requires in office work 2 days per week. Only local candidates will be considered for this role.

The compensation range for this role is $69,000 - $72,000, plus eligible for Bonus. Individual compensation is determined based on experience and skillset.
