**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated self-starter to join our team as an Account Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our account leads with day-to-day management tasks. If you are eager to make a difference and grow with us, we would love to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist with various account needs, including reporting, updating file names, creating press kit folders, conducting media research, and preparing briefing sheets.
- Research and identify new media contacts to enhance our outreach efforts.
- Update and maintain client dashboards to ensure accurate tracking of progress.
- Build targeted media lists tailored to specific campaigns and clients.
- Maintain client coverage reports to monitor media placements.
- Provide assistance in pitching media and securing coverage for our clients.
- Support media events and other promotional activities as needed.

**Work Environment:**

Our offices are located in the vibrant Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles, and we operate on a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home. This role may involve some travel, so candidates must be able to meet all domestic and international travel requirements.
