Director of Legal Recruiting (Beverly Hills)
About the Company
CLS is seeking a full-time Legal Recruiter to join our team. Our agency is candidate focused and quality driven. Our office is located in the heart of Beverly Hills. We focus on working with top Attorneys and Partners in the legal space - and as such, work with some amazing companies. We've focused on being very selective with whom we work with on both sides of the client/candidate scale, which has made for an incredibly successful business model.
About the Role
Prior experience in the legal recruitment space is preferred but not required. Sales or cold calling experience is also strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- sourcing and recruiting candidates;
- screening resumes;
- conducting preps and filtering candidates for open positions.
Salary + Commissions
Base salaries start at $50k-60k plus commissions ($100K+ total compensation) possible in your first year and $150k+ by second year.
