Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year A bit about us: We are a fast-growing developer focused on community and distributed solar and energy storage projects across the United States. The Senior Associate of Development will help originate and advance new solar projects from the ground up, with a strong focus on land acquisition and interconnection. You’ll work closely with experienced development leaders while building relationships across landowners, consultants, and utilities to move projects efficiently through the development process. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–4 years of experience in renewable energy project development (distributed generation, community solar, or C&I solar preferred)
- Experience with early-stage project development activities such as site origination, land agreements, interconnection, and project diligence
- Financial acumen and familiarity with financial modeling for renewable energy projects
- Strong project management skills with the ability to synthesize risks and opportunities into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Self-starter mentality with strong attention to detail and accountability
- Interest in working in a dynamic, fast-paced growth environment
