Job Description:
Support high-volume People Operations workflows by managing employee requests, maintaining HR data, and improving processes through automation and efficiency.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of employee tickets using a ticketing system (e.g., Jira)
- Perform HR administrative tasks within an HRIS (e.g., Workday)
- Handle heavy data entry and maintain accuracy across spreadsheets and systems
- Provide employee-facing support and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Execute repetitive operational tasks with exceptional precision
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and contractor lifecycle processes
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Collaborate closely with team members in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 2–5 years of professional experience in People Operations
- Experience managing high-volume ticketing workflows (e.g., Jira or similar)
- Startup or high-growth company experience with ability to work in ambiguity
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy under pressure
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience working with spreadsheets and large datasets
- Process improvement mindset with focus on efficiency
- Interest in AI tools and automation in workflows
- Background in B2B SaaS, AI, or large tech environments
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Workday (HRIS) experience
- Greenhouse (ATS) experience
- People Operations or HR Operations background
- Customer service-oriented experience
- Experience with onboarding/offboarding processes
