Remote Travel Support Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Remote Travel Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support travelers throughout the planning and pre-departure process, ensuring they feel informed, confident, and excited about their upcoming trips. You will serve as a trusted point of contact, providing guidance, resolving questions, and helping create a seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Review travel itineraries with clients and assist in confirming trip details
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information on destinations, travel requirements, and best practices
- Conduct pre-departure check-ins to ensure clients are fully prepared for their trips
- Respond to inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues when appropriate
- Maintain clear and organized records of client interactions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Comfortable navigating digital tools and remote work platforms
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
