Paving Superintendent -Construction

What you can expect:

· Starting Salary $1,800.00 per week or more with experience.

· Shift differential $120.00 per Night!

· Company Pick-up & gas card (or Motus).

· Annual increase potential.

· Paid Time Off.

· $1,000 Referral Bonuses – unlimited!

What you will do:

· Oversee single or multiple paving and milling projects.

· Survey and project layout.

· Collaborate with Paving Coordinator, Operations Manager, Area Managers, and Scheduler.

· Manage onsite personnel, equipment operations, and Subcontractor activities.

· Be responsible for the overall direction and success of smaller projects for Construction.
