Warehouse & Packaging Associate

Are you a bilingual (English/Spanish) warehouse professional looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a great team? We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate to join a well-established company in Irvine!

What You'll Be Doing

Verifying and preparing outgoing shipments accurately

Packaging, boxing, bundling, wrapping, and labeling orders

Preparing shipping documents using proprietary system

Inspecting incoming products and documenting any damage

Verifying receipt of purchased goods and processing paperwork

Assisting with monthly inventory counts (occasional Saturday)

Working alongside the shipping team to meet order deadlines

Schedule & Pay

Pay: $49,920/year

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Type: Direct Hire — this is a permanent position!

Requirements

Bilingual English/Spanish — required

Forklift and pallet jack certified

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working in freezer and warehouse environments

Reliable, team-oriented, and looking to grow with a company long term
