Front Desk Associate
Compensation: $23-$25 per hour
Schedule : Part-Time
Available Shifts:
- Monday & Wednesday: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
- Greet clients and provide a positive, high-energy first impression
- Accurately check clients in and track attendance in the system
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with scheduling
- Support billing processes, including collecting payments and flagging discrepancies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and common areas
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, packet prep, etc.)
- Support social media updates or light administrative marketing tasks as assigned
- Communicate effectively with coaches and management regarding client attendance or issues
- Identify issues and communicate them promptly
- Follow established processes and support operational consistency
- Provide general administrative support and special projects as needed
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Comfort using technology and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
- The ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, families, visitors, and team members
- Previous customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience is preferred
- CPR certification is preferred; candidates who are not currently certified must obtain certification within 90 days of employment
