Note: The hourly rate for this position is $22 - $25 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Follow instruction
• Site Cleanup
• Assist with material handling
• Perform various heavy duty tasks such as break up concrete, throw trash in garbage bins
• Skilled landscaper a plus to help with high-end residential maintenance work
• Lawn Care, planting, watering, weeding, pruning

Qualifications:

• Must have basic hand and power tools
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements and safety precautions
• Able to work in hot and cold environments
• Capable of lifting equipment over your head, working overhead for extended periods of time, and climbing ladders
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prior experience in the commercial field preferred
• Position may require a drug screen
