Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), the Office Services Supervisor II (OSS II) supervises the staff and activities of the Cashiering Applications and Automated Renewals Unit. The OSS II is responsible for the workload and staffing within the unit.

Working Conditions
