Shift Type: Saturday-Wednesday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (30-minute meal break)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to high-volume medical alarms in building 503, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with the ACT Program team to provide comprehensive care
• Perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and document care within your RN scope
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families during their care journey
• Adapt to evolving needs and take on additional duties as assigned within your RN scope

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California or compact state
• Current BLS certification (required, ACLS a plus)
• Experience in medical-surgical or acute care settings
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in nursing assessment and patient care planning
• Knowledge of medical alarm systems and response protocols
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• Comfort with electronic health records (EHR)
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
