The Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU provides specialized, high-acuity care for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Responsibilities include continuous patient assessment, monitoring, and intervention, including hemodynamic support, ventilator management, and administration of complex medications. The RN collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensures patient safety, and maintains accurate documentation while adhering to hospital protocols and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Active RN License in the state of practice

• BLS and ACLS Certification required

• Minimum 4 years of critical care/ICU experience

• Proficient in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced cardiac life support

• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress ICU environment
