Universal Music Group 2026 Summer Internship Program: Corporate Opportunities: Facilities - Santa Monica, 90404, United States of America

Program Eligibility:

• Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, pursuing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree  

• Graduating between Spring 2026 - Fall 2028 

• Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city (We do not offer housing or transportation accommodations)

• Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future (e.g., H1-B, OPT, etc.)

• Commit to 20 - 40 hours per week (based on individual business area)

2026 Summer Internship Program Dates: June 8th, 2026- August 14th, 2026

Facility & Property Services - Facilities (Onsite: CA & NY):

How You’ll CREATE:

The Facility & Property Services department manages all aspects of UMG’s physical spaces including ensuring a safe and functional office space, maintaining building systems, overseeing large construction projects and repairs, and managing lease strategies and landlord relations.

• Assist with operational process improvement, project management, and administrative duties related to day-to-day facilities operations

• Construction projects, and lease management

• Invoice payment, project tracking, proposal review, lease analysis, systems creation, and strategic operations

• Assist facilities team with AV requests, maintenance, and office moves

Ideal candidates will have:

• Creative problem-solving skills

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills and efficiency

• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in fast- paced, high-pressure environments

• High level of integrity

• Discretion in handling confidential information

• Professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company

• A “can-do” attitude

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Exce l, PowerPoint) 

• Self-starter

• Excellent communication skills

• Eager to learn
