Front and Back Office Medical Assistant (Back office Focused)

We are searching for an experienced medical assistant with knowledge of primarily back office duties and front office staff support. Individual will be responsible for back office duties such as performing patient-oriented procedures under the direction and supervision of a clinician to ensure safe and appropriate patient care. Candidate will be expected to perform a broad spectrum of clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of patient care, as well as rooming and obtaining vitals of patients. Individual will assist in medically related administrative tasks and must have knowledge of EHR. As needed, individual will also support front office staff with duties such as eligibility, medical records, check in/ check out, daily journal reconciliation, and answering inbound patient calls.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
