• Starting at $17/hour negotiable based on experience

We're looking for a Veterinary Receptionist (CSR) who loves animals, communicates with clarity and compassion, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused role.

What You'll Do:

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized experience for every visitor.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones, emails, and texts with professionalism and warmth

• Scheduling and confirming appointments

• Greeting clients and checking in patients

• Processing invoices, reviewing treatment plans, and filling prescriptions

• Managing payments and maintaining accurate client records

• Supporting clients through both routine visits and emotionally challenging moments

• Keeping the front lobby clean, organized, and inviting

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience in veterinary or medical reception preferred

• Strong communication and phone skills

• Friendly, calm, and client-focused under pressure

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficient with computers and quick to learn veterinary software
