Escrow Closing Officer

$80,000 - $125,000 + Full Benefit Package Including Health, Dental, Vision, Life and LTD Supplemental - 401k - 125 Cafeteria Plan
Compensation:$80,000 - $125,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Finish administrative tasks such as reporting and ensure funds are disbursed accurately
- Ensure all terms and conditions of the purchase agreement are being completed timely and accurately
- Create and deliver closing settlement packages to agents, buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders
- Obtain, review, and clarify purchase agreements, contracts, title commitments, and lender instructions to ensure successful closing
- Work in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations when dealing with escrow transactions and escrow accounts
- Experienced with software using escrow / title functions
- High school diploma required work experience or college degree preferred
- Possess a strong understanding of title commitments, mortgage loans, title insurance, and real estate contracts
- Firm understanding of real estate law, title and insurance, company policies and procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- 5+ Years as an Escrow Officer
