After a quick safety check and PPE verification, you bring a line online—whether that’s a printing press, a converting line, or an extrusion unit. Throughout the shift, you keep the machines running smoothly, verify quality at set intervals, and fine-tune settings so every package meets spec. When a teammate takes a break, you jump in to relieve their machine, and you finish the day with accurate production records and a spotless work area.

What you’ll handle

• Safely operate production equipment—printing presses, converting lines, and extrusion machinery—with consistent throughput and precision.
• Adhere to all safety practices, policies, and PPE requirements to protect yourself and the team.
• Run scheduled quality checks, inspect finished goods, and verify they meet customer and internal specifications.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues; make basic adjustments or repairs to minimize downtime.
• Watch line performance and escalate machine or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and uphold housekeeping standards in line with GMP.
• Provide machine relief during breaks and support teammates across the area when needed.
• Accurately record production data and complete all required paperwork.
• Pitch in on other manufacturing tasks in the facility as assigned.
