Requirements
- Qualified candidates should have experience litigating intellectual property disputes, such as district court patents cases or PTAB proceedings.
- Candidates should possess a background in science and technology, ideally with a degree in areas such as electrical engineering, computer science, or physics.
- Candidates must be admitted to practice in California.
